What online services does UM Libraries provide?
- Services include online access to library content (databases, e-books, articles, streaming audio/videos, and digital collections), online consultations with subject librarians, online instruction, electronic course reserves, assistance with creativity tools and technologies, and data management. Can the UM Libraries help me with copyright questions?

What business databases are available through the UM Libraries?
- The UM Libraries provides access to over 700 online databases in many subject disciplines. Within the subject discipline of business there are over 100 databases. These databases provide information such as company profiles, SEC filings, industry surveys, market research data, country economic statistics, time series data, online newspapers, and scholarly articles. How do I ask a quick question?

How do I find out what resources are available in my specialty area of business?
- The Judi Prokop Newman Information Resource Center, a subject-specialty library has developed several business research guides that identify resources for company, industry, entrepreneurship, health sector policy, real estate, and business case studies research. Does the UM Libraries provide resources for specific courses?
- Similar to subject research guides, customized course guides have been developed for core courses that have a project component. Each course guide is customized to the course’s project outline and identifies library resources which support student research. Can I get help with questions about analyzing data or statistics?

How can the UM Libraries help me in setting up an electronic reading list within Blackboard?
- The UM Libraries can setup an online reading list for your class whereby your students can link to the articles within Blackboard. To setup a Blackboard online reading list, fill out the request form at: https://library.miami.edu/course-reserves-form/
Can I get help with creativity tools and technologies through the UM Libraries?
- Yes, the UM Libraries can virtually support library patrons using creativity tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Emails can be sent to: creativestudio@miami.edu
