XR Community Lab
The XR (extended reality) Community Lab, Richter Library room 326, is available for individual and small group demos in virtual reality and augmented reality. The lab has an HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Meta Quest 2, Magic Leap, and Microsoft Hololens headsets available. Visit the XR Community Lab subject guide for a list of apps or available, or make a request for a specific app or type of app.
To request a demo or for more information, please contact William Sun, XR Specialist. The XR Community Lab is a pilot space and service provided by the University of Miami Libraries in collaboration with the XR Initiative.
Virtual Reality at Creative Studio
The Creative Studio has Oculus Quest headsets for check-out from Richter Library. Reserve a headset on our reservation website. Scroll through or use the drop down menu for Category to narrow the results down to Oculus.
